Gurmukhi class is divided in levels as described below.

Little Khalsa Club (LKC)

Little Khalsa Club (LKC) is a unique class for 3-6-year-old students. In LKC they get introduced to Gurmukhi (Punjabi) and don't need to know the language to start. Using games, puzzles, and interactive activities, young students are taught: 35 Gurmukhi Letters, numbers, colours, Mool Mantar, basic Gurbani Shabads, and simple Sikh Stories.

Gurmukhi Level 1

Gurmukhi Level 1 is an introductory class for kids ages 6+ where they learn 35 alphabets and 1-30 numbers of the language and make simple mukta words. They also develop their vocabulary such as colours names, fruits and vegetables. Name of Gugu Sahibs, name of Panj Pyaare and Chaar Sahibzade.

Gurmukhi Level 2

In Gurmukhi Level 2, kids get to learn how to make words with all the laga matras. They learn proper pronunciation and sounds (muharani). By the end of this level, kids can make simple sentences and start reading Gurmukhi and Gurbani.

Gurmukhi Level 3

Gurmukhi Level 3 introduces kids to the grammar rules of the language and helps them build deeper knowledge and understanding. At this level, students learn to make complex sentences with proper grammar rules. They also learn how to read Gurmukhi fluently.

Gurmukhi Level 4

Gurmukhi Level 4 is designed to help kids be competent in Gurmukhi/Punjabi. At this level, they will be writing essays and stories. This is the final level of Gurmukhi and by the time students graduate from this level, they can read and write Gurmukhi/Punjabi efficiently.
